Send Emails to Event Participants

This tutorial shows how event organizers can send mass mails to event participants.

The following steps are required to send a mass mail:

1. Go to the mail page
2. Select the recipient group
3. Write your email using the tips below.

Tips

Use the following pieces of codes to customize your email:

• [dancer-name] : Prints dancers name.
• [event-url] : Prints your events URL.
• [pass-url] : Prints dancers pass URL.

If you want to make something bold use <b></b> HTML tags to make that text bold.

We suggest that you put your event name somwhere in the title, so people can easily recogise the email and it's purpose.
